摘 要:行人保护性能是整车关键性能之一,而头部碰撞及其伤害影响是当前国内外研究的热点之一。传统关于头部碰撞研究主要集中在引擎盖和保险杠的设计开发中,而对前大灯少有研究。本文基于神龙公司开发的某款车型项目前大灯作为研究对象,提出了一种后退式前大灯设计方法,并基于相关软件进行碰撞模拟分析后,其头部伤害指数满足ECE法规要求,从而证明所提出的溃缩式前大灯设计方法的合理性。该后退式前大灯的设计方法,将为国内前大灯满足ECE法规,从而更好的实现出口提供了很好的设计思路。Pedestrian protection is always regarded as one of the most critical automobile pertormance. While head crash, as one of the most popular research subjects on the pedestrian protection, always focuses on the conception of hood and bumper, and showed little on headlamp research. The paper focuses on headlamp of one vehicle of Dongteng Peugeot and Citroen Automobile Co. Ltd, and puts forward one method to design a withdrawal headlamp. By simulating the crash performance with software, it shows that the HIC (head injury indicator) can meet the basic requirement of ECE, and therefore the method to design the withdrawal headlamp mentioned in the paper is reasonable for the future conception. The methodology on withdrawal headlamp mentioned in the paper will provide an excellent idea to meet ECE regulation for the Chinese lamps that exporting to the toreign countries.
