摘 要:随着现阶段医疗体制改革的发展及竞争越来越激烈,现阶段的医院在综合发展过程中越来越重视人力资源管理,在医院综合发展过程中人力资源管理属于较为主要的资源,医院只有加强人力资源方面的管理及创新才能保证医院在各大医院中的核心竞争能力,促进医院综合实力的发展及可持续步伐的前进,能显著提高医院的综合管理水平,吸引更多的患者来院就诊,提高医院整体诊治水平及科研水平,增加了医院的经济效益,使得医院处于激烈竞争中的不败地位。为了分析人力资源管理对于提高医院综合实力的积极推进作用及相应的管理措施,笔者针对医院人力资源管理的特殊性进行了相应的分析。With the development of the medical system reform and the increasingly fierce competition at this stage, the hospitals at this stage are paying more and more attention to human resource management in the process of comprehensive development. Human resources management is a major resource in the comprehensive development of hospitals. Only by strengthening the management and innovation of human resources can the hospital ensure the core competitiveness of hospitals in major hospitals, promote the development of comprehensive hospital strength and the progress of sustainable development, and significantly improve the comprehensive management level of hospitals and attract more patients.
