中西医结合治疗超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗患者术后角膜水肿应用中西医联合方案治疗的干预效果。方法纳入对象来自本院2016年至2018年收治的经超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗且术后发生角膜水肿并发症的患者群体,从中抽取80例并根据患者接受治疗方案差异将其以每组40例分为单纯组与联合组,对应常规西医方案治疗、联合中医理念治疗。通过对患者治疗后各项相关资料回顾性分析以归纳中西医结合治疗方案对于此类术后并发症的临床应用价值。结果在疗程后评估患者角膜水肿干预效果,在总有效率方面联合组患者所得数据显著优于单纯组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);记录治疗后患者角膜水肿消退所需时间,联合组患者平均时间显著短于单纯组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后对患者进行平均1个月时间随访,联合组患者随访期间发生不良反应例数显著少于单纯组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗后出现角膜水肿并发症患者采取中西医结合手段干预能在更短时间内缓解症状,治疗效果令人满意且安全性相对更高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification combined with western medicine in the treatment of corneal edema after phacoemulsification.Methods Subjects from the hospital who were treated with phacoemulsification and postoperative corneal edema complications from 2016 to 2018 were recruited from our hospital.According to the difference of the treatment scheme,80 cases were divided into 40 cases in each group,which were divided into simple group and combined group,which were treated with the conventional western medicine treatment and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the retrospective analysis of the relevant data after treatment of patients to sum up the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment program for the clinical application of such postoperative complications.Results The evaluation of corneal edema after the course of treatment was effective.The total effective rate was significantly better in the combined group than in the simple group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;the corneal edema subsided after the treatment was recorded.Time required.The average time of the patients in the combined group was significantly shorter than that of the simple group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;The patients were followed up for an average of 1 month after the operation,and the number of adverse reactions occurred in the follow-up period of the patients in the combined group.Significantly less than the simple group,the difference between the data was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with complications of corneal edema after phacoemulsification surgery can relieve symptoms in a shorter time.The treatment effect is satisfactory and the safety is relatively higher.It is worth promoting.
