摘　　要：叉头框蛋白O1(forkhead box protein O1,Fox O1)作为一种重要的细胞转录因子,通过调节靶基因的表达参与细胞周期阻滞、凋亡、DNA损伤修复等生物学过程,在肿瘤的发生发展及预后中起着重要的作用。Fox O1在肺、心、肝、胰腺、骨骼肌、睾丸、卵巢等人体组织中广泛表达。文章就近年来Fox O1在非小细胞肺癌中研究进展作一综述。Forkhead box protein O1（Fox O1）,as an important cell transcription factor,is involved in many biological processes including cell cycle arrest,apoptosis and DNA damage repair by regulating the expression of target genes. The expression of Fox O1 is closely related to tumorigenesis,development and prognosis. Fox O1 is widely expressed in human tissues such as lung,heart,liver,pancreas,skeletal muscle,testis and ovary. This article reviews the recent research progress of Fox O1 in non-small cell lung cancer.
