摘　　要：On August 29, China Cul- tural Center in New Zealand and Shandong Provincial Department of Culture jointly held an event to demonstrate skills of making Lamian （a kind of hand-pulled noodles in China） at a restaurant in Wellington. Over 50 Chinese language lovers watched the ex- cellent skills of China＇s cook Liu Dong for making Lamian.
