心理学视野下大学生思想政治教育有效性的内涵与特征

摘　　要：心理学视野下大学生思想政治教育有效性是指:遵循大学生思想品德形成的规律,按照不同教育阶段大学生的身心特点,根据社会发展要求和大学生思想政治教育目标,科学构建各阶段思想政治教育内容、适切与灵活选用教育方式方法,充分挖掘大学生的积极人格特征,满足学生多样化需要,最大限度地促进学生全面发展。其特征包括:合规律性、民主平等性、情感互动性、自我内化性。The effectiveness of the ideological and political education of university students in the psychological vision means that university students’ ideological and political educators make a scientific arrangement of content in each stage of ideological and political education as well as a proper and fexible choice of educational methods in a bid to explore the students’ psychological capital maximally, meet the students’ all kinds of needs and promote the students’ free and all-round development according to the law of the formation of students’ ideological and moral character, the students’ physical and mental characteristics at different stages of education, the requirements of social development and the total goal of university Students’ ideological and political education. And it is characterized by Regularity, Democratic equality, Emotional interaction and Self internalization.
