软性角膜接触镜对复发性翼状胬肉术后患者舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价软性角膜接触镜对复发性翼状胬肉术后患者舒适度的作用。方法:复发性翼状胬肉切除术后患者98例100眼,采用上部自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜植片,转位并覆盖手术区巩膜表面,50眼术后角膜加用角膜绷带镜5d (试验组A组),另外50眼常规包盖(对照组B组),观察术后角膜创面愈合时间以及各种症状和体征的情况。结果:胬肉术后1d,A组角膜刺激症状和体征与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);术后1d,两组患者角膜上皮愈合情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),A组角膜上皮愈合更快。结论:角膜接触镜可明显改善患者翼状胬肉术后早期的角膜刺激症状,促进角膜创面愈合,减轻患者术后的不适感。AIM：To evaluate the effect of soft contact lens on thecomfort of postoperative patients with recurrentpterygium.METHODS： For 100 eyes of 98 patients after recurrentpterygium excision, the conjunctival implant with limbalstem cells from the upper part of the cornea was used,and the scleral surface of the operation area wastransferred and covered. Fifty eyes were treated withcorneal bandage lens for 5d （Group A） and 50 eyes wereconventionally ensheathed （ Group B ）. The time ofcorneal wound healing and various symptoms and signswere observed after operation. RESULTS： Compared with Group B, 1d afterpterygium, the symptoms and signs of corneal irritationin Group A were significantly less （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and thecorneal epithelial healing was significantly faster andbetter （P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSION： The corneal contact lens can obviouslyimprove the early postoperative corneal irritation inpatients with pterygium, promote corneal wound healingand relieve postoperative discomfort.
