摘  要:癌症的行气败乱病机是我们通过"《内经》理论指导下基于中国癌症发病大数据癌症病因病机研究"得出的新的中医癌症病机,即在人体脏腑功能虚弱的基础上,长期感受四时不正之气,造成机体阴阳不和、五脏功能失调、五行生克制化失衡,最终导致"行气败乱"。癌症是行气败乱的结果,也是形气失调、形不化气的一种病理状态。所以癌症的治疗就是通过"散者收之、终者始之"而纠正阴阳失调、五行败乱而重建人体阴阳五行平衡。本文从行气概念的出处、行气败乱与疾病的关系、癌症行气败乱病机的内涵和意义等方面阐述癌症行气败乱病机的核心内容,为理解和运用该病机防治癌症提供参考。The “Xing-Qi disorder”theory of cancer is a new TCM cancer pathogenesis based on the study of big data on cancer etiology and pathogenesis in China under the guidance of "the Internal Classic" theory. That is, on the basis of the weak function of the body's viscera, abnormal qi in four seasons recepted for a long time result in the imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body, the dysfunction of the five zang organs, the unbalance of the five elements, and eventually leads to the " Xing-Qi disorder ". Cancer is not only the result of " Xing-Qi disorder ", but also pathological condition of the disorder of form and qi.So,cancer is treated througth correcting unbanlance of Yin and Yang and disorder of five lines,and rebuilding the balance of Yin and Yang in the body. The core content of cancer's Xing-Qi disorder pathogenesis is demonstrated from the aspects of the origin of the concept of qi, the relationship between Xing-Qi disorder and disease, the connotation and significance of Xing-Qi disorder pathogenesis of cancer, providing references for understanding and applying this pathogenesis to prevent and cure cancer.
