摘　　要：目的在临床药学工作中导入目标与关键成果法(OKR)提升临床药学工作管理水平。方法通过OKR介绍和分析,结合临床药师职责探讨,将OKR导入临床药学工作管理。结果运用OKR可进一步提升管理效率,促进临床药学科室和临床药师的共同发展。结论OKR管理简单、容易操作、效果直接,导入临床药学工作管理可跟踪目标完成情况,促进我国临床药学事业的优化发展。Objective To improve the management level of clinical pharmacy by introducing objectives and key results（OKR） method in clinical pharmacy. Methods Through the introduction and analysis of the OKR method, combined with the duty of clinical pharmacists, the OKR method was introduced into the management of clinical pharmacy. Results The application of OKR method could further im- prove the efficiency of management, promote the common development of clinical pharmacy and clinical pharmacists. Conclusion OKR management is simple, easy to operate and has direct effect. The introduction of OKR method into clinical pharmacy management can track the completion of the target and promote the optimization development of clinical pharmacy in China.
