摘　　要：田径投掷项目是技术比较复杂、训练时间长、不易掌握、力量素质要求较高的一个项目。分析高职院校非体育专业学生学习生活现状,探讨如何通过科学的选材及开展科学的训练,从而为提高非体育专业学生田径投掷成绩提供一些选材和训练的理论依据。The throwing events need more complicated technology, longer training time, more difficulties to overcome and higher strength quality. The paper analyzes the studying and life situation of non - PE majors in vocational colleges, discusses some ideas on how to choose hurling athletes and do the scientific training so as to improve the hurling grades of non - PE majors.
