摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理对首诊癌症化疗患者心理弹性状况的影响。方法选取62例癌症化疗患者,分为对照组(n=31)和干预组(n=31),对照组接受常规护理和一般心理护理,治疗组接受叙事护理干预,在干预前和干预后使用心理弹性量表评估干预效果。结果干预组患者的心理弹性得分由在干预前的19.98±2.75上升至干预后的46.55±7.20,干预组患者的心理弹性评分明显高于对照组患者,组建差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能够有效提高首诊癌症化疗患者的抗压能力,提高患者的心理弹性水平,进而提高癌症化疗患者的生活质量。Objective to explore effect of narrative nursing on mental resilience of initially diagnosed cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods choose 62 cancer chemotherapy patients, divide them into control group（n=31） and intervention group（n =31）. Control group was treated with routine nursing and general psychological nursing, and treatment group with narrative nursing intervention. Evaluate intervention effect before and after intervention with Mental Resilience Scale. Results mental resilience scores of intervention group increased from 19.98±2.75 before intervention to 46.55±7.20 after intervention. Mental resilience scores of intervention group were significantly higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion narrative nursing can improve anti-pressure ability of initially diagnosed cancer chemotherapy patients effectively, improve mental resilience and life quality of cancer chemotherapy patients.
