摘　　要："双师型"师资队伍建设是地方高校应用转型成败的关键。引入现代管理学"流程再造"理论,从流程上重新审视应用转型试点院校中"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题,打破原有查缺补漏式的改革模式,采用流程再造方式重塑转型试点院校师资队伍建设流程,为培养应用技术型人才所需要的"双师双能、双效双长"的特色师资队伍建设提供可操作性的理论依据。The construction of＂dual-qualification＂teaching staff is the key for whether local universities can successfully transform to be application-oriented universities.This paper introduces the modern management＂process re-engineering＂theory,reviews the problems existing in the construction of＂dual-qualification＂teachers from angle of process,breaks the original reform model of missing and filling,reshapes the process of teaching staff construction in the pilot applied transformation universities by using process reengineering,in order to provide the operable theoretical basis for cultivating the characteristic teachers who are needed to cultivate the talents with applied technology.
