摘　　要：电子商务作为一种比较流行购物方式,尤其是跨境电子商务的出现,极大地促进了我国经济贸易的发展。政府相关部门为支持跨境电子商务的发展,也陆续出台了一些优惠政策,方便了跨境贸易的运输通行带。尤其在我国经济转型的发展阶段,电子商务的发展起着至关重要的作用。为了贯彻中央出台的＂放管扶＂政策,对一定的商品进行严格的检查是非常必要的,从而更好的保证产品的质量。同时还要对相关的产品进行统计,统计主要是为了：向上级部门进行申报,方便整理总结,建立统一监管体系指标。本文主要围绕跨境电子商务的发展以及如何维护质量保证进行展开论述。In recent years,e-commerce as a popular shopping mode,especially the emergence of cross-border ecommerce,has greatly promoted the development of China’s economic and trade.In order to support the development of cross-border e-commerce,the relevant government departments have also introduced some preferential policies,which have greatly facilitated the transport of cross-border trade. Especially in the development stage of China’s economic transformation,the development of electronic commerce plays a vital role. At the same time,in order to carry out the central government’s policy of releasing and supporting,it is very necessary to conduct a strict inspection of certain commodities,so as to better guarantee the quality of products.At the same time,the related products should be counted,and the statistics are mainly for the higher authorities to declare.It is convenient to collate and sum up and establish a unified regulatory system index.This paper focuses on the development of cross-border e-commerce and how to maintain quality assurance.
