摘　　要：目的探讨孕中期母血清学产前筛查在预防胎儿染色体异常和神经管畸形为主的先天缺陷中的作用,为减少出生缺陷,提高工作质量提供依据。方法利用时间分辨荧光免疫分析仪,对孕15-20+6w孕妇进行血清标志物定量检测,结合孕妇年龄、孕周、体重、既往妊娠史、有无糖尿病、吸烟等因素,运用Risk 2T及Life Cycle风险评估软件计算风险率,对高风险孕妇进行羊水细胞染色体检查及B超检查。结果 36 565例孕妇中,唐氏综合征高风险有685例,确诊10例,爱德华综合征高风险118例,确诊3例,神经管畸形高风险183例,确诊6例,在低风险中发现唐氏综合征6例。结论孕中期母血清学产前筛查结合产前诊断是减少出生缺陷发生的一种重要有效手段之一。Objective：To explore the functions of maternal serum prenatal screening in the second trimester to prevent chromosome abnormalities and neural tube defects in fetus,which were used to in order to provide evidences for reducing birth deficiency and improving the work quality. Methods：The serum markers of all cases with 15-20＋6 weeks pregnancy were detected by using time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay,then the risk ratio was calculated on Risk 2 T and Life Cycle prenatal screening software according to maternal age,gestational weeks,maternal weight,history of pregnancy,diabetes or not and smoking,the pregnant women with high risk received chromosome examination of amniotic fluid cells and type B ultrasonography. Results：Among 36 565 pregnant women,685 cases of high risk were detected with Down′s syndrome,and 10 cases were diagnosed,118 cases of high risk were detected with Edward′s syndrome,and 3 cases were diagnosed,183 cases of high risk were detected with neural tube defects,and 6 cases were diagnosed,6 cases of Down′s syndrome were diagnosed in low risks. Conclusion：Maternal serum prenatal screening in the second trimester combined with prenatal diagnosis was one of an important and effective way to reduce the birth defects.
