摘　　要：高职教育在中国特色社会主义新时代迎来大变革,通过深化工学交替的校企合作办学模式,积极梳理高职教育与应用型人才培养的关系,浅析应用型人才培养过程中面临的困境,并根据"大众创业、万众创新"的精神,建构高职应用型人才培养新路径,提高人才培养质量,服务"中国制造2025"。Higher vocational education is going through the big change in new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Through deepening the school-enterprise cooperation mode of work-study alternation,this paper actively combs the relationship between higher vocational education and the cultivation of applied talents,and analyzes the difficulties faced in the process of cultivating applied talents. According to the＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂spirit,colleges should construct the new path of cultivating higher vocational applied talents,improve the quality of talent training,and serve＂China Manufacturing 2025＂.
