摘　　要："劫胃水法"是叶天士用以治疗寒湿伤脾阳所致诸证的独特方法,此法是以理中汤为基础,用刚燥之药直劫胃肠之湿,是叶氏胃阴学说的重要组成部分,此法与滋养胃阴法相对应,用以治疗胃阴或虚或实两方面。胃阴之虚则用养胃阴之法,胃阴之实则用劫胃水法,二者相辅相成共同构成叶氏胃阴学说中的两大基本方法,主要治疗寒湿下血及其他因寒湿聚于胃肠所造成的症状。此方法代表了叶氏脾胃学说中极为重要的一个方面,是其在中医理论及实践方面的重要贡献。＂Seizing the stomach-yin＂therapy is an unique therapy employed by YE Tian-shi for treating illnesses caused by a compromised spleen-yang. With a basis of the Lizhong Decoction,it uses dry herbs to seize the dampness in the intestine and stomach. It is an important part of the stomach-yin theory of Master Ye. Combining it with the therapy of nourishing the stomach-yin,the repletion and vacuity patterns of the stomach-yin could be treated. Of the stomach-yin,its vacuity could be nourished while the repletion could be seized. These two therapies supplied each other and constitute the two basic therapies of Master Ye＇s stomach-yin theory. It is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal symptoms such as blood stool and other symptoms caused by cold-damp. This therapy represents an important aspect of Master Ye＇s spleen and stomach theory,and shall be deemed as his great contribution to TCM theoretically and clinically.
