摘　　要：目的:探寻最合理的补母泻子纳支法。方法:基于高武和现行纳支法临床运用的实际矛盾,从时间治疗学基本原理分析其内在矛盾的根原;结合临床认识,从补泻时机、时间性原则等方面探讨克服诸种纳支法矛盾和提高疗效的最合理纳支开穴法。结果:泻初补正纳支法均在流注时辰内开穴,解决了诸种纳支法补泻的内在冲突,完整、高效地实现了高武"十二经病井荥俞经合补虚泻实"纳支法的本意,更好地实现了调和阴阳的方法。结论:泻初补正纳支法是最合理的纳支法。Objective： To explore the most reasonable midnight noon ebb-flow hour-prescription method. Methods：Based on the practical contradiction of both Gaowu and the current midnight noon ebb-flow hour-prescription methods,the inherent contradiction was analyzed according to the basic principles of time therapy,and a reasonable midnight noon ebbflow hour-prescription method was explored which could overcome the various contradictions and improve the efficacy from the timing of reinforcing and reducing and the principles of time therapy combined with clinical understanding. Results： ＂Reducing at chu-ke and reinforcing at zheng-ke＂ selection points by midnight noon ebb-flow hour-prescription method can use the opening points within the flow hours,solve the internal conflict of various kinds of midnight noon ebb-flow hourprescription method,achieve completely and efficiently original meaning of＂the reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess of twelve meridians＇ diseases with the Jing,Ying,Shu,Jing and he five-shu acupoints＂of Gaowu midnight noon ebb-flow hour-prescription method and better realize the harmonizing of Yin and Yang. Conclusion： ＂ Reducing at chu-ke and reinforcing at Zheng-ke＂ midnight noon ebb-flow hour-prescription method is the most reasonable hour-prescription methods the law of reinforcing the mother and reducing the Son.
