摘　　要：中医文化是中医学在思维方式、价值观念和审美情趣上的综合体现,医案医话记录了医生的诊疗过程,体现了医生的诊疗思维和人文情怀。现从文化视角品读几则医案医话,发掘其蕴含的行文韵律和畅之美、医患和谐仁爱之美、辨证独具匠心之美、处方精致衡变之美,旨在引导医学生领略医家深邃的医学智慧、丰厚的人文底蕴和求真、崇善、尚美的志趣,从而提升理论和临床水平,传承和弘扬中医药文化。Traditional Chinese Medicine culture is the comprehensive embodiment of Tradtional Chinese Medicine in thinking mode,values and aesthetic taste The medical case and remark records doctor‘s diagnosis and treatment process which reflects the doctor＇s diagnosis-treatment thinking and humanistic feelings. This paper discovers the beauty of rhythm and rhyme,the beauty of harmony and love between doctors and patients,the beauty of originality of syndrome differentiation,the beauty of delicate prescription of weigh-change from the perspective of Traditonal Chinese Medicine culture in several medical cases and the purpose is to guide the medical students to appreciate the profound medical wisdom,rich humanistic information and to pursue the interests of truth,kindness and beauty,so as to improve the theoretical and clinical level,heritage and promote the culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
