摘　　要：本文选取我国32家上市证券公司经营业绩的财务指标数据,利用因子分析的统计分析方法,对我国上市证券公司的业绩进行实证研究及综合评价,得出具有实际意义的结论,针对我国证券公司的经营现状提出相关的建议措施,以促进我国证券行业整体经营业绩的提高。By selecting 32 business performance of listed securities company in China financial index data, using statistical analysis of factor analysis method to assess the performance of listed securities company in China to conduct empirical research and comprehensive evaluation, meaningful conclusions, for our country current operation of the securities firm recommendations related measures, to promote the improvement of the overall business performance in the securities industry in our country.
