新时代高职院校学生党员党性教育研究

摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义建设对高职院校学生党员党性教育提出了更高的要求,但是当前高职院校学生党员在党性修养方面存在着理想信念不清、入党动机不纯、理论学习不深、宗旨意识不牢、自律意识不强等问题。需要高职院校高度重视学生党员党性教育,合理规划党员阶段教育任务,丰富教育实践形式,打造高素质的党性教育队伍,建立科学的党性教育考评机制,使学生党员入党伊始便拥有明确而坚定的党性自觉意识。The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era imposes further requirements for Party spirit education in higher vocational college CPC member students. However,as far as the Party spirit is concerned,some CPC member students do not firmly believe in Communism,some joined the Party with impure motives,some do not do in-depth study of the Party theories,some do not stick to the aim of serving the public and some do not stay disciplined. Higher vocational colleges should take the following effective measures to enhance the Party spirit education in CPC member students： a feasible planning for the education to probationary Party member students and those who are willing to join the Party,adoption of innovative theoretical and practical education,build-up of top-quality educational team,and setting-up of justified assessment mechanism.
