摘  要:当前我国高职教育发展在人才供给能力、体制改革创新、社会服务贡献等方面都存在较大不足,必须转变观念,坚持质量意识,走内涵发展道路。以供给侧改革思维为指导,加强高职教育内涵建设应准确把握人才培养定位,着力提升人才培养规格,大力优化人才培养结构,从校企合作办学、专业建设改革、双师队伍建设、校企协同创新等方面深化产教融合,不断提升高职院校办学活力和人才培养质量,增强对区域经济社会发展的适应力。China’s higher vocational education needs to be improved to prepare more professionals,to further implement system reforms and innovations,and to provide more services to communities. Therefore,higher vocational colleges must change outdated ideas,adhere to quality-first principle and promote connotative development. To motivate development,enhance the quality of personnel training and adapt colleges to regional economic and social development,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:higher vocational colleges take supply-side reform thinking as a guide,define the orientation of student training for the purpose of connotation construction,upgrade the training standards,optimize the structure of student preparing,and deepen school-industry integration by school-enterprise cooperation,building of team of teachers with double certificates,and school-enterprise collaborative innovation.
