摘　　要：目的:用儒家传统文化思想去探索改善医患关系的新视角和途径。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对山东某公立医院的病患及家属进行问卷调查。结果:从医患矛盾的主体原因出发,深入透视医患关系恶化的因素:医患之间缺乏理解、沟通不足、对病患缺少人文关怀、医患之间缺乏信任。结论:针对医患关系恶化的成因,运用儒家传统文化思想从文化思想领域丰富医护人员的人文精神和文化特征,影响医护人员的行为处事,从而达到缓和医患关系的目的。Objective To explore a new perspective and way to improve the relationship between doctors and patients guided by Confucian traditional culture. Methods Patients and their families were chosen from a public hospital in Shandong with random sampling method and surveyed with questionnaire. Results The factors resulting in the deterioration of doctor - patient relationship were insufficient comprehension and communication between doctors and patients, lack of humanistic care for patients, and absence of confidence between doctors and patients. Conclusion It is suggested to enrich the humanistic spirit and cultural characteristics of medical staffs and influence their behaviors with Confucian traditional culture, which can improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
