滑膜肉瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声特征

摘　　要：目的探讨滑膜肉瘤的二维及彩色多普勒声像图特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例滑膜肉瘤患者的超声声像图特征。结果发生于肢体及躯干部位7例,肿块因大小不同,超声表现有一定差异,较小的肿块形态多规则,呈圆形或椭圆形,边界清晰;较大肿块形态多不规则,可成分叶状,边界模糊。发生在肢体或躯干的滑膜肉瘤血流较少或无法探及;口底滑膜肉瘤血流极为丰富,发生于肾脏者肿块较其他部位明显增大。结论滑膜肉瘤超声表现有一定特征性,不同部位滑膜肉瘤超声表现有一定差异。Objective To explore the features of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography of synovial sarcoma（ SS）. Methods The ultrasonic findings of 9 patients who were histopatholgically diagnosed as SS were analyzed retrospectively. Results The sarcomas of seven cases occurred on the limbs and the trunk. The ultrasonic manifestation differed according to the size of the sarcoma. The shapes of smaller sarcomas were mostly regular,which were round or oval,and with clear boundary. Nevertheless,bigger sarcomas usually showed irregular shapes,which were lobulated with blur boundary. Moreover,synovial sarcomas occurred on the limbs or the trunk tended to have no or little detectable blood flow,whereas the synovial sarcoma which located on the mouth floor had very rich blood flow,and sarcomas which located in the kidney were significantly larger than those in other body parts. Conclusion The ultrasonographic findings of synovial sarcoma are characteristic and varies depending on the size of the sarcoma.
