摘  要:分析了虚拟企业的风险管理理论以及风险的识别;建立了"互联网+"背景下的虚拟联盟风险评价的动态指标体系和行业专家对伙伴单位进行动态风险评价的评分标准;搭建了基于Elman反馈型神经网络的虚拟企业风险评价模型,建立了具有一定针对性的Elman神经网络的学习过程;验证了评估方法的合理性和评价指标体系的实用性,进一步说明了在神经网络基础上通过MATLAB工具箱进行评价的可行性.The risk management theory of virtual enterprises and the identification of risks are explained and analyzed; a dynamic index system for virtual alliance risk assessment under the background of "Internet Plus" and a scoring standard for dynamic risk assessment of industry partners by industry experts are established; a virtual enterprise risk assessment model based on Elman feedback neural network is established, and a learning process of a certain targeted Elman neural network is established. The rationality of the evaluation method and the practicability of the evaluation index system are verified, and the feasibility of evaluation by the MATLAB toolbox based on the neural network is further illustrated.
