摘  要:针对双梁起重机静载状态下强度设计中存在的问题,以跨度25 m、载荷30 t的起重机的箱形主梁为研究主体。利用NX软件进行三维实体建模并无缝导入到ANSYS Workbenh中进行分析,对主梁最危险的中部结构进行满载静应力分析,得到该工况下主梁的应变云图、应力云图。发现该起重机支腿与下翼缘板连接处出现较大应力集中,主梁腹板和左右部分筋板并未承受太大应力,对此问题提出优化假设。A box-shaped beam of a double girder crane with 25m span and 30 t load is researched to figure out the strength design problem in the statie load status. Using NX for 3D solid modeling and seamlessly importing it into ANSYS workbeneh for analysis, the full-loaded statie stress analysis is performed on the most dangerous middle part of the double girder to obtain the strain eloud diagram and stress cloud diagram of the double beam gantry under this working condition. It is found that there is a large stress eoneentration at the connection between the erane support and the bottom flange plate, the main girder webs and both left and right side ribs do not bear much stress. An optimization assumption for this problem is proposed.
