新工科建设背景下数控电火花线切割编控技术的教学改革

摘　　要：介绍了AutoCAD、Pro-Engineer、SolidWorks、UG和CaxaWedm机械设计制图软件的优缺点和应用领域,介绍了Wincut、Autocut、CaxaWedm、CAD+Ycut、KS、YH、HL、HF和Autop等线切割编程软件和控制系统.在此基础上介绍了AutoCAD和CaxaWedm的应用实例,利用AutoCAD2004绘制出垫片的样图,并利用CaxaWedm进行垫片线切割加工3B代码的生成.This paper introduces the advantages, disadvantages and application fields of AutoCAD, Pro — Engineer, SolidWorks, Ug and CaxaWedm mechanical design software, and introduces Wincut, Autocut, CaxaWedm, CAD＋Ycut,KS, YH, HL, Hf and Autop WEDM programming software and control system. On the basis of the above-mentioned, an comprehensive application example of AutoCAD and CaxaWedm is presented. The mechanical drawing of DianPian is accomplished by AutoCAD2004, and the 3B Numerical control machining code is generated by CaxaWedm.
