摘 要:目的:探讨心理健康教育对2型糖尿病患者心理的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者640例,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组320例。给予对照组常规护理干预,给予观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理健康教育干预,比较两组患者不良情绪和血糖变化情况。结果:观察组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-14.36,-29.24;P〈0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(PG2h)均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(t=-5.344,-9.055;P〈0.05)。结论:心理健康教育可有效改善2型糖尿病患者不良情绪,缓解其心理障碍,控制血糖。Objective:To study the effect of the mental health education in hospital effecting on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' psychological disorder.Methods:A total of 640 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients from our hospital receiving in Jul.2016 to Jul.2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 320 cases in each group;the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given mental health education nursing care.The adverse mood and blood glucose changes were compared in the two groups.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-14.36,-29.24;P〈0.05);the fasting blood glucose(FPG)in the observation group and the blood glucose(PG2h)were significantly decreased after the meal(t=-5.344,-9.055;P〈0.05).Conclusion:Mental health education can effectively improve the adverse mood of patients with type 2 diabetes,relieve their mental disorders and control blood glucose.
