摘　　要：通过不断优化管理模式,从实验教学中心领导体制、管理体制、运行机制等方面初步勾勒出了实验教学中心的科学管理体系。近几年的实践表明,科学的管理体系有利于提高教师的工作积极性,有利于培养学生求知欲望和创新意识,有利于应用型、复合型人才的培养。Through continuous optimization of management mode,the scientific management system of the experimental teaching center was initially outlined from the aspects of the leadership system,management system and operational mechanism of the experimental teaching center.The practice in recent years shows that the scientific management system is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of teachers,and is conducive to cultivating students’ desire for knowledge and innovation,and is conducive to the cultivation of applied and compound talents.
