摘　　要：随着世界的发展,人才的重要性不言而喻,经济全球化趋势日益突出了英语的重要性。因此,在现有的时代背景下,应用型英语人才的培养被提上了日程。文章以应用型人才培养模式下的高校英语教学改革研究为中心,进而开展了一系列的研究,其目的在于,通过对高校英语教学的改革,从而实现应用型人才的培养,进而为我国经济发展储备大量的人才。With the development of the world,the importance of talents is self-evident.The trend of economic globalization has increasingly highlighted the importance of English.Therefore,under the background of the current era,the training of Applied English talents has been put on the agenda.This paper focuses on the reform of College English teaching under the mode of application-oriented talents cultivation,and then carries out a series of studies.The purpose is to realize the cultivation of application-oriented talents through the reform of College English teaching,and consequently to reserve a large number of talents for China’s economic development.
