摘　　要：文章从校园文化概念出发,对高职校园文化、文化认同相关理论研究成果进行了梳理和综述,对高职校园文化及文化认同内涵进行了新的挖掘和丰富。从"人化"和"化人"双向作用过程,探索了校园文化认同的效应,并对高职校园文化的建设提出了有益的建议。Based on the concept of campus culture, the paper reviews and summarizes the theoretical researches related to the cultural and cultural identity of higher vocational school, and makes a new exploration and enrichment on the connotation of campus culture and cultural identity. From the two-way process of ＂humanization＂ and ＂cultivating people＂, the effect of cam-pus cultural identity is explored, and useful suggestions are put forward for the construction of campus culture.
