摘  要:优良学风是一个高校应具备的主要发展因素,优良的学风能够形成和谐、独特的教育心理环境,满足当今社会对素质型人才的需求。但在高校学风建设中,仍存在相应矛盾对优良学风建设造成阻碍。本文对当今高校学风建设存在的主要问题与矛盾加以剖析,提出依托积极心理学知识从学校、教师及学生三方面进行高校优良学风建设。Excellent academic style is a major development factor that a university should have. A good academic style can form a harmonious and unique educational psychological environment to meet the needs of quality talents in today's society. However, in the construction of colleges and universities, there are still contradictions that hinder the construction of excellent academic style. This paper analyzes the main problems and contradictions in the construction of academic style in colleges and universities today, and proposes the construction of excellent academic style in colleges and universities from the perspectives of schools, teachers and students.
