摘 要:现如今的高校人事管理当中,人事统计是十分关键的构成部分。这些年来,我国高校人事制度得到了深入的改革,其涉及的领域不断变大,统计的内容也显得更加丰富,同时人事统计工作也变得越发严格。从实际情况看,现如今我国高校人事统计工作发展遭到了一定的阻碍,并不符合现如今改革的需要。要想解决这些问题,促进高校人事统计工作的良好发展,就必须真正的将高校人事工作落实起来,从而让高校人事统计工作变得更加科学,并且提升高校的管理水平。本文对高校人事统计工作存在的问题展开分析,并提出相关解决策略。In today's college personnel management, personnel statistics is a very critical component. Over the years, the per- sonnel system of colleges and universities in China has undergone in-depth reforms, and the fields involved have become larger and larger, and the content of statistics has become more abundant. At the same time, personnel statistics have become more and more strict. Judging from the actual situation, the development of personnel statistics in colleges and universities in China has been hindered by the current situation, which is not in line with the needs of today's reforms. In order to solve these prob- lems and promote the good development of personnel statistics in colleges and universities, it is necessary to truly implement the personnel work of colleges and universities, so that the personnel statistics work of colleges and universities becomes more scientific and the management level of colleges and universities is improved. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the personnel statistics work of colleges and universities and proposes relevant solutions.
