摘　　要：会计学专业本科毕业论文质量受众多因素的共同影响,主要包括指导老师、毕业生、管理考核机制等。加强指导老师队伍建设是提升毕业论文质量的关键,充分发挥学生的主体作用是提升毕业论文质量的核心,完善管理是提升毕业论文质量的有力保障。The quality of undergraduate thesis in accounting is influenced by many factors like teachers, graduates, and management mechanism. Strengthening the professional competency of instructors is the key to improving the quality of the thesis. Giving full play to the students＇ initiative is the core of improving the quality of the thesis. Perfecting the management mechanism is a powerful guarantee for improving the quality of the thesis.
