针刺联合推拿对颈源性头痛患者血浆NO、ET水平及颈部活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合推拿对颈源性头痛患者血浆NO、ET水平及颈部活动度的影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年2月期间本院收治的颈源性头痛患者86例,利用随机数表法分为2组,各43例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺与推拿联合治疗,对比2组治疗疗效、血浆NO、ET水平及颈部活动度。结果:2组治疗总有效率对比,观察组(95.35%)较对照组(79.07%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者血浆NO、ET水平均改善,且观察组血浆NO水平较对照组高,ET水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组颈部活动度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颈源性头痛患者实施针刺与推拿联合治疗,可有效提高治疗疗效,改善血浆NO、ET水平及颈部活动度。Objective： To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with massage on plasma NO, ET levels and cervical mobility in patients with cervicogenic headache. Methods： Eighty-six patients with cervicogenic headache admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups, 43 cases each. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage. The therapeutic effect, plasma NO, ET level and neck activity were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was compared between the two groups. The observation group （ 95.35% ） was higher than the control group （ 79.07% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P-0.05 ）. After treatment, the plas- ma levels of NO and ET were improved in both groups, and the plasma NO level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the ET level was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the neck activity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined acupuncture and massage in patients with cervicogenie headache can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve plasma NO, ET level and neck activity.
