腕踝针不同时间段干预在跟骨骨折术后疼痛中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价腕踝针不同时间段干预在跟骨骨折术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法:将符合标准的150例患者随机分为对照组、观察Ⅰ组和观察Ⅱ组。每组各50例,3组患者均采用常规治疗护理方案,观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组患者分别于术后1h、6h开始应用腕踝针,观察术后镇痛效果。结果:对照组术后1h、6h、12h、24h各时间段的疼痛评分分别为(0.45±0.61)、(3.63±0.76)、(4.51±0.51)、(3.65±0.48);观察Ⅰ组术后1h、6h、12h、24h各时间段的疼痛评分分别为(0.75±0.52)、(2.96±0.71)、(2.31±0.72)、(1.67±0.56);观察Ⅱ组术后1h、6h、12h、24h各时间段的疼痛评分分别为(0.48±0.58)、(3.67±0.72)、(1.54±0.62)、(1.31±0.47),3组患者4个时间段疼痛评分的差异有统计学意义(F=180.28,P<0.01),观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组与对照组比较,疼痛评分均降低。结论:腕踝针可有效缓解跟骨骨折术后疼痛,术后6h干预效果优于术后1h干预。Objective： To evaluate the effect of intervention of wrist-ankle acupuncture at different time periods on postoperative pain of calcaneal fractures. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into control group, observation group I and observation group I] . The patients in group I and group - were given wrist ankle acupuncture at lh and 6h after operation, and the analgesic effect was observed after operation. Results： The scores of pain in control group at lh, 6h, 12h and 24h after operation were （0.45 ± 0.61 ）, （ 3.63 ± 0.76）, （4.51 ± 0.51 ） and （ 3.65 ± 0.48 ）. The scores of pain in group I were （ 0.75 ± 0.52 ）, （ 2.96 ± 0.71 ）, （ 2.31 ± 0.72 ） and （ 1.67 ± 0.56 ） at 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation, The scores of pain in observation group H were （ 0.48 ± 0.58 ）, （ 3.67 ± 0.72 ）, （ 1.54 ± 0.62 ）, （ 1.31 ± 0.47 ） at 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation, There were significant differ- ences in pain scores among the 3 groups （ F=180.28, P〈0.01 ）. the pain score of observation group I and group II was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： Wrist and ankle acupuncture can effectively relieve postoperative pain in ealeancal fractures. The effect of intervention at 6 hours after operation is better than that at 1 hour after operation.
