摘  要:目的:探讨家庭教育技术对农村社区抑郁症患者的作用。方法:随机选取在农村社区居住的抑郁症患者208例,随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行家庭教育技术训练,共206例患者完成该研究。经12个月的观察,每3个月用自制一般情况调查表、服药依从性调查表、17项汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)对两组进行测评,并收集自杀、自伤及复发情况。结果:两组患者的服药依从性经重复测量方差分析显示,在时间因素以及时间因素和分组的交互作用有统计学意义(F=4.028,2.846;P〈0.05)。不同时点比较差异有统计学意义(F=3.487,21.062,12.305,15.203,14.313;P〈0.001);HAMD17评分经重复测量方差分析显示,在时间因素以及时间因素和分组的交互作用有统计学意义(F=60.167,18.319;P〈0.001);不同时点比较差异无统计学意义。复发率干预组明显低于对照组(χ~2=4.595,P〈0.05);干预组自杀、自伤情况(4.85%)低于对照组(10.68%),但差异无统计学意义。结论:家庭教育技术对农村社区抑郁症患者具有提高服药依从性,促进病情稳定,减少复发的作用。Objective:To explore the effect of family education technology on depression in rural community.Methods:A total of 208 cases of depression patients living in rural communities were randomly selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was trained in family education and 206 patients completed the study.After 12 months' observation,the two groups were evaluated every 3 months with self-made general condition questionnaire,medication compliance questionnaire and 17-items HAMD,and the information of suicide,self-injury and relapse were collected.Results:The medication adherence of the two groups was analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA. The main effect of time and the interaction of time and group were statistically significant( F = 4.028,2.846,P〈0.05).There were significant differences among different time points( F = 3.487,P = 0.063;F = 21.062,12.305,15.203,14.313,P〈0.05);HAMD17 score repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the time factor and the interaction between time factors and groups were statistically significant( F = 60.167,18. 319,P〈0. 001). There were no significant differences between different time points( P〉0.05).The incidence of relapse in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group( χ~2=4.595,P〈0.05);Suicide and self-injury in intervention group were not lower than those in control group( P〉0.05).Conclusion:Family education technology has the effect of improving medication compliance,promoting stable disease and reducing relapse in patients with depression in rural community.
