摘　　要：目的：探究PDCA循环对脑梗死长期卧床患者负性情绪的影响。方法：选取2016年8月至2017年8月于我院治疗的脑梗死长期卧床患者129例。按照随机数表法进行分组,对照组65例,实验组64例。对照组采用常规干预方法,实验组采用PDCA循环干预。根据抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）对患者的抑郁情况、焦虑程度以及认知能力评分,测定不良反应发生率以及干预工作质量评分。结果：干预后对照组的SDS评分与实验组相比,差异有统计学意义（t=18.919,P=0.000）;对照组SAS与实验组差异有统计学意义（t=23.230,P=0.000）;对照组MMSE评分与实验组比较,差异有统计学意义（t=6.615,P=0.000）;对照组不良反应发生率（15.4%）与实验组（3.1%）比较差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5. 745,P=0. 017）;对照组满意度与实验组相比,差异有统计学意义（t=14.074,P=0.000）。结论：PDCA循环干预能够减轻患者负性情绪,减轻患者住院压力,有助于患者的康复。Objective：To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation on the negative emotions in patients with long-term bedridden cerebral infarction.Methods：A total of 129 patients with long-term cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method grouping,the control group included 65 cases,the experimental group included 64 cases.The control group used routine nursing method,and the experimental group adopted PDCA cycle method.The depression,anxiety and cognitive ability of patients were assessed according to SDS,SAS,MMSE,and the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing work quality score.Results：After intervention,the SDS score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group（ t = 18.919,P〈0.001）;The SAS score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group（ t = 23.230,P〈0.001）;MMSE score in the control group was higher than that of the experimental group（ t = 6.615,P〈0.001）;The adverse reaction rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group（ χ~2= 5.745,P〈0.05）;Satisfaction of the control group was less than that of the experimental group（ t = 14.074,P〈0. 001）. Conclusion：PDCA cycle can reduce the impact of negative emotions in patients,reduce patient pressure in hospital and help patients recovery.
