综合门诊健康管理对肝癌合并带状疱疹患者心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的：探究综合门诊健康管理模式对肝癌合并带状疱疹患者心理状况的影响,旨在改善患者的不良情绪。方法：选取2016年10月-2017年10月于我院进行治疗的肝癌合并带状疱疹患者46例,对入组患者进行8~12周的综合门诊健康管理,并对患者健康管理前后的不良情绪进行比较。结果：健康管理前,患者焦虑评分、抑郁指数、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态等得分,较之健康管理后差异均具有统计学意义（t=12.973,3391,7.590,5.111,3.237,5.739;P〈0.01）。结论：综合门诊健康管理模式能有效改善肝癌合并带状疱疹患者的心理状况,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of outpatient health management on the psychological status of patients with liver cancer combined herpes zoster and to improve the patients＇ bad mood. Methods：A total of 46 patients with liver cancer combined herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled in this study.The outpatients were enrolled in comprehensive outpatient health management for 8 to 12 weeks,and their negative emotions before and after health management were compared. Results：Patients ＇ anxiety score,depression index,body function,mental function,social function and the physical status were significantly different after health management from before（t= 12.973,3.391,7.590,5.111,3.237,5.739;P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive outpatient health management mode can effectively improve the psychological status of HCC patients with herpes zoster and improve their quality of life.
