多学科协作综合护理对老年2型糖尿病患者心理健康、并发症及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨多学科协作综合护理对老年2型糖尿病患者心理健康、并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年8月我院收治的150例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析法分析所有患者的临床资料,按照资料中其护理方法分为对照组65例和研究组85例,对照组患者在所患疾病临床治疗上予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以多学科协作综合护理,两组患者均护理4周,护理结束后比较两组患者心理健康、生活质量的变化情况,并记录两组患者对护理的满意度及并发症情况。结果：（1）两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDA）评分均较护理前明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=-5.029,-6.258;P〈0.001）;（2）研究组患者护理后生活质量较对照组改善更明显,存在明显差异（t=23.543,16.916,19.750,27.482,10.885,12.982;P〈0.001）;（3）研究组护理总满意度为96.47%,对照组护理满意度为75.38%,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性（χ~2=14.804,P〈0.001）;（4）研究组护理后并发症发生率（9.41%）明显低于对照组（41.54%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=21.252,P 〈0. 001）。结论：多学科协作综合护理可明显减轻老年2型糖尿病患者其焦虑和抑郁程度,提高生活质量,延缓并发症的发生发展,且更易被患者所接受,可作为老年2型糖尿病患者首选的护理模式。Objective：To explore the effect of multidisciplinary comprehensive nursing on mental health,complications and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：From January 2015 to August 2017,150 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the clinical data was analyzed by a retrospective analysis.According to the nursing methods in the data,they were divided into the control group of65 cases and the study group of 85 cases. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the clinical treatment of the disease,and the study group was given multidisciplinary cooperation comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group,and the 2 groups were all treated for 4 weeks,after the nursing,the changes of psychological health and quality of life of the 2 groups were compared,and the satisfaction and complications of the 2 groups were regarded.Results：（1）SAS and SDA scores 2 groups of patients after nursing of the were significantly lower than those before treatment,and SAS,SDA scores were significantly lower in the study group that in than the control group after treatment（ t =-5.029,-6.258;P〈0.001）;（2）The quality of life of patients in the study group were better than that of the control group（ t = 23.543,16.916,19.750,27.482,10.885,12.982;P〈0. 001）;（3）The nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ χ~2= 14.804,P〈0.001）;（4）After nursing,the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ χ~2= 21.252,P〈0.001）. Conclusion：Multidisciplinary comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce anxiety and depression of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes patients,improve their quality of life,delay the progression of complications,and is more easily accepted by the patients,it can be used as a nursing model for the aged patients with type 2 diabetes preferred.
