摘  要:针对传统立式储罐变形监测方法精度低、效率低的问题,该文提出了一种基于三维激光扫描技术的立式储罐变形监测数据处理方法。通过截取罐体水平截面的点云数据,分析计算水平截面的半径最大偏差,判别罐体发生变形的位置,对罐体变形部位进行形变分析,计算出不同时期测量的变形量。实验结果表明,该文提出的方法可以准确判别立式储罐变形发生的范围和大小。In view of the problems of low accuracy and low efficiency of the traditional vertical tank deformation monitoring method,a method of vertical tank deformation monitoring data processing based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology was proposed.Based on the point cloud data of the horizontal cross section of the tank,the maximum deviation of horizontal section could be analyzed and calculated to identify the position of tank deformation,then the deformation could be analyzed to calculate the difference of multi-period deformation.The experimental results showed that the proposed method could accurately determine the scope and size of vertical tank deformation.
