左眼睑基底细胞癌合并右眼眶血管瘤1例报告

摘　　要：报告1例左眼睑基底细胞癌合并右眼眶血管瘤患者.患者,男,64岁,左眼睑内眦部肿物及黑色破溃结痂,右侧眼眶上缘软性类圆形肿物,受压或低头时增大,切除后病理分别提示基底细胞癌及血管瘤.患者同时伴有全身多发脂肪瘤,提示临床仔细查体、积极应用辅助检查、术前讨论诊疗方案非常重要,病理检查结果是重要的循证依据.A case of left eyelid basal cell carcinoma complicating by right orbital hemangioma was reported.The patient was male,aged 64 years old.The mass of his left eyelid angular was black scab,and the right supraorbital mass was soft and quasi-circular,increased when it is pressed or the patient lowered himself head.Pathology diagnosis of the two mass were basal cell carcinoma and hemangioma.This patient had multiple lipomas in body surface.To sum up,it was very important to examine the body carefully,apply auxiliary examination actively,and discuss the treatment plan before surgery.Pathology diagnosis was important evidence-based gist.
