摘　　要：刚挠印制板俗称软硬结合板,是近年来增长非常迅速的一类基板,广泛应用于计算机、军用电子设备、通讯器材等。本文详细介绍了刚挠印制板在某变频组件内的互联技术应用,明确了刚挠印制板替代线缆实现互联的重要作用及意义,并展望了基于线缆替代的刚挠印制板的应用前景。Rigid-flex PCB is commonly known as soft and hard combination plate, which has a very. rapid growth rate. The substrate is widely used in computer, military electronic equipment, communications equipment, and other fields. In this paper, the application of rigid-flex PCB in a converter moduleis introduced in detail, and we analyze the development situation and point out the important function and meaning of replacing part cables. In the end, the application prospect and value of rigid-flex PCBbased on substitute for cable are discussed.
