摘 要:目的:通过分析不同性格类型的医学生与其对教学工作满意度的关系,更好地了解学生的性格特点及思维方式,提高教育管理的针对性。方法:以某医学院校学生为对象,采用MBTI和自编满意度问卷,比较不同性格类型医学生之间的满意度差异。结果:(1)在各项教学工作中,16种类型的医学生仅对教师授课的认真程度的满意度有统计学差异(F=2.384,P=0.002),其中ISFP类型的满意度最高(4.50),ENFP、ENFJ类型的医学生满意度最低(3.78、3.79);(2)在4个维度的不同倾向医学生中,只有感觉型(4.26)对教师授课的认真程度的满意度高于直觉型(4.08)(t=3.176,P=0.002),思考型对教师授课的认真程度的满意度(4.23)高于情感型(4.09)(t=2.488,P=0.013),情感型对学校教学管理与改革是否尊重学生选择的满意度(3.25)高于思考型(3.05)(t=2.278,P=0.023)。结论:医学生性格类型对教学满意度有影响,"S-F"类型满意度较高;医学生性格倾向对教学满意度有影响,S、T型对教师授课的认真程度满意度高。Objective:To analyze the releations between different character types of medical students and their satisfaction with teaching work,and know better about their personality traits and thinking ways and advance pertinence of educational and administriative levels.Methods:By using MBTI and self-made satisfaction questionnaires,the satisfaction of different character types of medical students in some medical university were compared.Results:(1)In the teaching jobs,it only showed statistical significance in satisfaction with the seriosity of teachers' teaching among 16 personality types of medical students(F=2.384,P〈0.01),and the satisfaction of ISFP was the highest(4.50),and those of ENFP and ENFJ were the lowest(3.78,3.79).(2)In different trends of 4 dimensions,only the satisfaction of sensation type with the seriosity of teachers' teaching(4.26)was higher than intuition type(4.08)(t=3.176,P 〈0.01),the satisfaction of thinking type with the seriosity of teachers' teaching(4.23)was higher than feeling type(4.09)(t=2.488,P〈0.05)and that of feeling type with the considering extent of adminiatrative reformation(3.25)was higher than thinking type(3.05)(t=2.278,P=0.023).Conclusion:The character types of medical students influence their satisfaction with teaching work and the percentage of " S-F" type is higher.The character trends of medical students influence their satisfaction with teaching work and the percentage of " S" and " T" trend are higher in satisfaction with seriosity of teachers' teaching.
