AH plus与Vitapex根充糊剂治疗牙髓根尖周病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较AH plus与Vitapex根充糊剂治疗牙髓根尖周病的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2016年10月本院口腔科收治的牙髓根尖周病患者80例,根据采用的根充糊剂不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组共有患牙72颗,均采用Vitapex根充糊剂填充根管,观察组共有患牙75颗,均采用AH plus根充糊剂填充根管。比较分析两组治疗后1周的患牙疼痛情况、根管填充后1年的临床总有效率及患者对临床疗效的满意度。结果治疗后1周观察组的患牙疼痛发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的16.7%,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。根管填充后1年观察组的临床总有效率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的84.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者对临床疗效的满意度为94.7%,明显高于对照组的80.6%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论与Vitapex根充糊剂相比,AH plus根充糊剂治疗牙髓根尖周病术后患牙疼痛发生率低,临床总有效率和患者满意度高,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of root canal treatment of endodontic disease patients. Method From March 2015 to October 2016 in the Department of Stomatology in our hospital 80 cases of endodontic disease patients as the research object, after root canal treatment, according to the different paste two groups, the control group was 72 teeth with root canal filling paste Vitapex, the observation group of 75 teeth with AH plus paste filling.Two groups of patients 1 weeks after oral pain, 1 years after treatment, and the effect of patients on the clinical effect of satisfaction feedback comparison. Result The pain rate in the control group 1 weeks after root filling was 16.7%, and that in the observation group was 4%. The difference was statistically meaningless. Root canal filling after 1 years clinical statistics of patients in the control group（84.7%） was significantly lower than that of the observation group（94.4%）, there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the clinical effect of the control group patients satisfaction was significantly lower than that of the observation group（80.6% vs 94.7%）, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of endodontic periapical disease, Vitapex paste is superior to AH plus paste. It shows excellent postoperative pain, low patient satisfaction, high total effective rate and high clinical value.
