摘 要:目的考查留守经历大学生的自我效能感和自尊在领悟社会支持和心理健康之间的中介效应,为提高留守经历大学生的心理健康水平提供参考。方法采用领悟社会支持量表、自尊量表、一般自我效能感量表、一般健康问卷,对山东省内9所高校选取的847名在校本科生进行现场问卷调查。结果有留守经历大学生检出率为21.13%(179名)。有留守经历大学生在领悟社会支持、自尊、一般自我效能感和心理健康水平上均低于无留守经历大学生(t值分别为3.98,3.97,2.02,-4.56,P值均<0.05),领悟社会支持、自尊、自我效能感各量表得分与心理健康得分均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.47,-0.59,-0.42,P值均<0.01);一般自我效能感和自尊在领悟社会支持和心理健康之间存在中介效应(中介效应值分别为-0.08和-0.15),自我效能感和自尊在领悟社会支持和心理健康之间存在链式中介效应(中介效应值为-0.04)。结论留守经历大学生领悟社会支持可通过多种方式影响心理健康,高校可通过提高个体自尊和自我效能感来提高留守经历大学生的心理健康水平。Objective To explore the mediation effects of self-efficacy and self-esteem in the relationship between perceived social supP〈0rt and mental health. Methods A total of 847 college students from 9 universities in Shangdong Province were investigated with Perceived Social SupP〈0rt Scale( PSSS),Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale( RSES),General Self-Efficacy Scale( GSES),General Health Questionnaire( GHQ-20). The mediation tests were based on Hayes' method. Results Compared to those without left-behind experience,students with left-behind experience reP〈0rted lower perceived social supP〈0rt,self-esteem,self-efficacy and mental health( t = 3.98,3.97,2.02,-0.42,P〈0.05). The score of GHQ-20 was negatively associated with the score of perceived social supP〈0rt,self-efficacy,self-esteem( t =-0.47,-0.59,-0.42,P〈0.01). The relationships between self-esteem and self-efficacy were partially mediated by perceived social supP〈0rt and mental health( β =-0.08,-0.15). Self-esteem and self-efficacy were serial multiple mediators between perceived social supP〈0rt and mental health( β =-0.04). Conclusion Perceived social supP〈0rt could promote mental health through multiple pathways among college students with left-behind experience. Focusing on self-esteem and self-efficacy is considered a core element and a broad-spectrum approach for mental health promotion in college.
