摘　　要：目的探究理想笑弧理论是否适用于各类下唇线（即下唇上缘），尤其是水平、反向下唇。方法将男、女性口外图中三种下唇线和口内图中三种上牙线合成为九种形态的笑弧，请正畸医师和普通人主观评价笑容美观度（0～10分）。结果正畸医师和普通人对各下唇线中上牙线美观度的评价一致，均为：1．正向下唇线中，正向上牙线最为美观，反向上牙线美观度最差。2．反向下唇线中，反向上牙线不如水平和正向上牙线美观。3．水平下唇线中，水平上牙线和正向上牙线并列为最美观，得分无统计学差异。结论理想笑弧理论最适用于正向下唇，在水平下唇中较为适用，不适用于反向下唇。Objective To evaluate whether the smile arc theory applied to different lower lip curvatures, to flat and reverse lower lip curvatures, especially. Methods Using a visual analog scale （0 - 10 points）, orthodontists and laypersons rated the attractiveness of 9 digitally altered smile are variations combined with 3 lower lip curvatures and 3 curvatures of maxillary anterior teeth in smile. Results Smile arc perception among orthodontists and laypersons was identical in 3 kinds of lower lip curvatures. 1. In parabolic lower lip curvatures, parabolic curvature of maxillary anterior teeth was regarded as the most esthetic. 2. In reverse lower lip curvatures, reverse curvature of maxillary anterior teeth was less attractive than flat and parabolic curvatures of maxillary anterior teeth. 3. In flat lower lip curvature, flat and parabolic curvatures of maxillary anterior teeth was regarded as equally esthetic（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Ideal smile are theory applied to parabolic lower lip, and flat lower lip curvatures to some extent, while it didn＇t apply to reverse lower lip curvature. Parabolic curvature of maxillary anterior teeth matched all kinds of lower lip curvatures, and flat curvature of maxillary anterior teeth was equally esthetic as parabotic curvatures for flat and reverse lower lip curvatures, while reverse curvature of maxillary anterior teeth should be avoided in all cases.
