摘 要:目的 分析唇侧矫治器与舌侧矫治器初戴椅旁操作效率的差异.方法 选取个性化舌侧自锁矫治器、传统个性化舌侧矫治器矫治患者各15例,均采用间接粘接法粘接,唇侧自锁矫治器矫治患者30例,其中15例采用直接粘接法粘接,15例采用间接粘接法粘接.分别计量个性化舌侧自锁矫治器、传统个性化舌侧矫治器和唇侧自锁矫治器矫治前期椅旁操作时间以及2种弓丝的结扎时间.结果 舌侧间接粘接组粘接的椅旁时间(1116.23±33.65)s明显小于唇侧直接粘接组粘接的椅旁时间(1872.76±89.54)s(P<0.01),但大于唇侧间接粘接组粘接的椅旁时间(900.95士43.68)s(P<0.05).个性化舌侧自锁托槽结扎上颌NiTi弓丝时间(181.26±53.27)s与唇侧自锁托槽结扎时间(173.28±44.76)s无明显差异(P>0.05),下颌NiTi弓丝结扎时间个性化舌侧自锁托槽与唇侧自锁托槽也无明显差异(P>0.05),个性化舌侧自锁托槽结扎上颌NiTi弓丝时间(181.26±53.27)s明显小于传统个性化舌侧托槽结扎时间(1101.42±38.77)s(P<0.01),个性化舌侧自锁托槽结扎弓丝时间均远小于传统个性化舌侧托槽(P<0.01).结论 个性化舌侧自锁矫治器临床操作十分省时高效.Objective To compare the clinical time efficiency of labial orthodontic appliances and lingual orthodontic appliances at the first stage of the treatment.Methods Sixty patients treated with different appliances (15 patients with conventional customized lingual appliances,15 patients with self-ligating customized lingual appliances,30 patients with self-ligating labial appliances) were included in this study.The chair time and the total operation time before treatment were recorded and the ligation time was also recorded in both dental arches with 2 different archwires.Results The chair time for placement of customized lingual appliances with indirect bonding method was 1116.23±33.65 seconds and the chair time for placement of labial appliances with direct bonding was 1872.76-t-89.54 seconds.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01).The labial appliances with indirect bonding method was 900.95±43.68 seconds.There was a difference between the two indirect bonding groups(P〈0.05).The time needed for engagement of NiTi archwire in patient with self-ligating customized lingual appliances in the upper arch was 181.26±53.27 seconds and in patient with self-ligating labial appliances 173.28±44.76 seconds.No significant difference was found between the two groups (P 〉 0.05).The time needed for engagement of the archwires in the upper arch in patients with conventional customized lingual appliances was 1101.42±38.77 seconds.There was a significant difference between the self-ligating lingual group and the ligating lingual group(P〈0.01).Conclusions The self-ligating customized lingual appliance was timesaving and efficient in clinical practice.
