摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交实验方法,对姜黄中的挥发油和姜黄素的提取工艺进行了优化,以提取的挥发油体积和姜黄素的含量为考察指标,筛选出挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间6.0h,料液比1∶20(g/mL),粉碎粒度80目;姜黄素的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度75%,提取时间1.5h/次,提取次数3次,粉碎粒度80目。On the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction process of volatile oil and curcumin in turmeric is optimized by orthogonal experiment.The extraction volume of volatile oil and curcumin content are used as the indicators to select the best extraction process of volatile oil.The process conditions are as follows:extraction time is 6.0 h,ratio of material to liquid is 1∶20(g/mL),crushing particle size is 80 mesh.The best extraction process of curcumin is as follows:ethanol concentration is 75%,extraction time is 1.5 h/time,extraction time is 3 times,crushing particle size is80 mesh.
