摘　　要：通过对众创空间服务能力要素的分析,借鉴能力成熟度模型(CMM)的思想,从发展服务能力、创业服务能力以及服务管理3个角度系统性地建立众创空间服务能力成熟度评价体系,并结合灰色关联度分析法构建众创空间服务能力成熟度评价模型,对众创空间服务能力成熟度进行全面综合评价。最后选择福州4家众创空间为样本,对评价体系的实用性进行了实证检验,结果表明该模型具有较强的适用性,便于操作。By analyzing the elements of Maker Space service capability and using the idea of capability maturity model （ CMM）, this article systematically establishes the evaluation of Maker Space service capability maturity from the perspec- tives of developing service capability, service capability and service management, and combined with gray relational analy- sis to build a model for evaluating the maturity of Maker Space service capabilities, to conduct a comprehensive and com- prehensive evaluation on the maturity of Maker Space service capabilities. Finally, four Maker Space in Fuzhou were select- ed as a sample to test the practicability of the evaluation system. The results show that the model has strong applicability and is easv to overate.
