摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤（GN）的CT表现特点,提高肾上腺GN的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析本院2012年1月至2016年12月23例经手术病理证实的肾上腺GN患者的临床及影像资料。结果 23例均为单侧发生,边界清晰,病灶大小不一,呈圆形、椭圆形或不规则形,CT平扫20例呈均匀的稍低密度肿块,3例呈囊实性混杂密度肿块,其中6例伴有点状或碎屑状钙化。增强扫描病灶多数动脉期强化不明显或轻微强化,静脉期呈轻度渐进性强化。18例推压周围组织,其中1例包绕下腔静脉。15例具有＂桃尖征＂。结论肾上腺GN具有一定的CT特征,CT值、强化方式、＂桃尖征＂及碎屑状钙化等表现结合临床资料,对其诊断具有重要价值,便于临床制定治疗方案。Objective To investigate the CT and clinical features of adrenal ganglioneuroma and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods A total of 23 cases with pathologically-proved ganglioneuroma were collected in our hospital from2012 to 2016. The clinical data and pathological features were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 23 cases were adrenal ganglioneuroma and all were single lesions. All tumors were found as a solitary,oval or rounded and well-defined mass. Unenhanced CT images showed of thelesions 20 cases were hypodense,3 cases were cystic solid mixed mass lumps,of which 6 cases with punctate or debris calcification. Among the 23 cases,the most lesions were not significantly or slightly enhanced in arterial phase,and in the venous phase had slightly delayed enhancment. There were 18 cases of peripheral organs and vessels passing in 23 cases,1 case of wrap around the adjacent vessels and surrounding organs,the remaining was clear demarcation. 15 cases with ＂peach mausoleum＂. Conclusion The adrenal ganglioneuroma has certain CT features,CT values,enhancement patterns,＂peach mausoleum＂and punctate or debris calcification and other characteristics combined with clinical data which is of great value for its diagnosis and is convenient for clinical treatment.
